Google brought him here, but everything else made him stay. Zygimantas walked into WE.FIT back in May looking for high-intensity training with variety, and after his first session, he knew he’d found it. “I’m all in,” he told himself – and he meant it. Since then, he’s been here consistently – sometimes even on Sundays.
If you’ve trained alongside Zygimantas, you know he brings serious energy. Metal in his headphones one day, hip-hop the next – whatever keeps him moving. He’s disciplined, balances it all with his wife’s help, and yes, his fridge is always stocked with Skyr. Always.

1. How did you get into CrossFit?
Zygimantas: I’ve always wanted to start high-intensity training combined with various workouts and weight training. Google helped me find Wefit 🙂
2. How long have you been training with us?
Zygimantas: I’ve been with Wefit since May.
3. What was your very first CrossFit workout (or do you remember what your first workout was like)?
Zygimantas: I don’t remember exactly, but I really liked the coaches and the training, so I said to myself: “I’m all in!”
4. How often do you currently train per week and how do you integrate that into your daily routine?
Zygimantas: I do CrossFit at least three times a week and Hyrox once a week. Sometimes I’m here on Sundays too. I plan my time and my wife helps me with that
5. What music really motivates you during training – and what do you like to listen to in your free time?
Zygimantas: Metal music – “Sleep Token” is always playing in my car when I’m driving to training or when I’m alone at the gym. Good hip-hop/rap is also very important to me. But actually, I listen to all sorts of different music, depending on my mood. For example, I can listen to Zen music (New Age) all day while I’m working, or really enjoy the Scooter playlist during one of our CrossFit/Hyrox workouts
6. What should never be missing from your refrigerator?
Zygimantas: Skyr Skyr Skyr!
7. What was your best vacation so far – and where do you absolutely want to travel to next?
Zygimantas: All holidays with my wife! Now I’m already looking forward to next year to meet Sebastian in Bali!
8. What does a perfect day off look like for you?
Zygimantas: It’s a mix of good sleep, meditation, healthy and rich food, CrossFit/Hyroxine, good wine, and valuable time with family and friends.
9. What should others absolutely know about you?
Zygimantas: I like dark humor.
10. What would you do if you were invisible for a day (honestly)?
Zygimantas: Nothing special, I’d probably sneak into the Isey Skyr factory to check exactly what they put in their products, because they’re too good to be true
