Who can drop in?
For experienced CrossFit athletes. Yoga and HYROX also open to beginners.
What to bring
- Comfortable workout clothes
- Indoor training shoes (no outdoor shoes on the gym floor)
- A water bottle
- A towel
- Good energy
What to expect
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to meet the coach
- A full 60-minute class: warm-up, skill/strength, WOD, cool-down
- Movements scaled to your level by our coaches
- A crew that makes you feel welcome from minute one
