Who can drop in?

For experienced CrossFit athletes. Yoga and HYROX also open to beginners.

What to bring

  • Comfortable workout clothes
  • Indoor training shoes (no outdoor shoes on the gym floor)
  • A water bottle
  • A towel
  • Good energy

What to expect

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to meet the coach
  • A full 60-minute class: warm-up, skill/strength, WOD, cool-down
  • Movements scaled to your level by our coaches
  • A crew that makes you feel welcome from minute one
