At WE.FIT, a great workout starts with great coaching. The programming matters, the community matters, but it’s the coaches who bring it all together.
So here’s a look at the people behind every class, the ones who guide you, push you, and make sure you’re getting the most out of every session.

Jono
CrossFit Certified Coach Level 3 (CCFT)
Jono’s CrossFit story has a funny start, he walked into his first competition without even knowing it was CrossFit. That accidental moment changed everything, and what started as a surprise quickly turned into a passion.
He started coaching at Diep River CrossFit in 2016, then moved to the UK in 2020 and Switzerland in 2022, eventually finding his home at WE.FIT.
His coaching style is energetic and loud in the gym, yet naturally quiet outside of it. That balance makes every session genuinely fun. With certifications including CrossFit Level 3, Gymnastics Level 2, and HYROX Level 1, Jono brings both knowledge and heart to every class, always ready to help you push your limits.

Patric
CrossFit Level 2 & HYROX Trained
Sport has always been part of Patric’s life, including swimming, water polo, hiking, and years of strength training. But nine years ago, CrossFit came along and changed everything. He competed in his first Open back in 2017 in Lachen.
Since then, he’s coached at Transformance, CrossFit Horgen, and HYC CrossFit Baar before joining WE.FIT. Ask him his favourite movement and he’ll say the clean without hesitation. For workouts, Murph is his go-to every time.
What excites Patric is CrossFit’s ability to challenge your inner voice. For him, it’s as much a test of willpower as it is physical fitness. That belief comes through in every session he coaches.

Sandro
CrossFit Level 1 & 2, HYROX Coach
Outside the gym, Sandro works as a filling manager at a cosmetics contract manufacturer. Inside the gym, he’s been on quite a journey since joining CrossFit Wädenswil back in January 2020.
For Sandro, CrossFit is about staying healthy, competing regularly, and always getting better. He takes part in 2 to 3 competitions every year with one clear goal in mind, reaching the Quarterfinals.
The Bar Muscle-Up and the Clean are the two movements he loves most. Both require skill, strength, and practice, which says a lot about how Sandro approaches his training. Always working, always improving.

Stefan
CrossFit Level 2, HYROX Certified
Stefan has been in the CrossFit world for over a decade now, starting back in Romania, where he also began coaching. After nearly 3 years of coaching there, he made the move to Switzerland and has been part of the WE.FIT team for close to a year.
What he loves most about CrossFit is the competition. The energy on the competition floor, the crowd, the thrill of going head to head with others, that’s where Stefan comes alive.
That competitive fire carries over into his coaching, too. He knows how to push you because he’s constantly pushing himself. Making it to the Games is a dream he’ll openly admit to, and anyone who trains with him can see why.
When he’s not coaching or competing, you’ll probably find him following football, American football, or Formula 1. And if you ever ask him about his long-term plans, don’t be surprised when he tells you about the alpaca farm he wants on Lake Zurich.

Estefania
CrossFit Level 1, HYROX Qualified, Certified Nutrition Coach & Personal Trainer
Estefania has a degree in Business Administration and currently works at EF Education First in the Travel Department. But fitness and nutrition have always been her real passion, so much so that she is certified as both a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist.
She moved to Switzerland in January 2023 and walked into CrossFit Wädenswil the very next month. From her very first class, she felt right at home. The atmosphere, the friendly faces, and the professionalism of the coaches won her over immediately.
Her CrossFit goals are all about mastering complex movements and improving performance. Her favourite movements are the Power Clean and rope jumps, including DU, SU, and Crossovers.

Felippe
CrossFit Level 2, Weightlifting Coach
Felippe’s CrossFit journey started back in 2013 in Brazil, where he and his sister founded their own CrossFit box and ran it together for three years. That’s quite the start!
From there, he coached in Italy before settling in Switzerland six years ago, and he’s been here ever since.
Sport has always been a big part of his life. He’s competed in swimming, soccer, and CrossFit at both professional and amateur levels. These days, his main focus is helping people get healthier, stronger, and more confident through group classes and personal coaching.
Whether it’s a group class or a personal session, Felippe brings the same energy, structure, and care every single time.

Sam
CrossFit Level 3, OPEX CCP1, Master’s in Sport Performance
Sam comes to WE.FIT all the way from New York City, where he was Head Coach at CrossFit RADD.
He holds a CrossFit Level 3 certification and a Master’s degree in Sport Performance, so the knowledge is there, but it’s the care he brings to every session that really stands out.
Safety, proper technique, and long-term progress are what drive his coaching. He’s not just focused on today’s workout; he’s thinking about where you’re headed weeks and months from now.
Having coached and led in multiple countries, Sam knows how to meet athletes where they are, no matter their background, goals, or experience level. It’s that combination of knowledge, care, and adaptability that makes him a great addition to the team.

Pati
CrossFit Level 1, HYROX Level 1, Certified Training Moms Coach
Sport has been part of Pati’s life since childhood, growing up with two very athletic parents. She started with running and strength training, which naturally led her to CrossFit. She tried it once and never looked back.
From the very beginning, she was drawn to pushing her physical and mental limits. For Pati, it’s the combination of performance, discipline, and a strong sense of community that makes CrossFit so special.
Her greatest strength is endurance, which is why you’ll often find her in the gym early in the morning, working through long WODs.
Her favourite movements are Wall Balls, Dumbbell Snatches, and Rowing. Today she is excited to share that same passion with every athlete she coaches.

André
CrossFit Coach & Programming Specialist
André’s CrossFit journey started in October 2016 in San Diego. He walked past a box, looked inside, and something caught his attention. He went back a second time, and from that point on, CrossFit became part of his life.
Over the years, he grew as an athlete, always learning and improving. In September 2025, he started coaching Weightlifting and quickly realised how much he loved helping others improve their technique.
Weightlifting is his biggest passion. The precision, discipline, and that feeling when you hit a perfect lift or a PR is something he says is hard to describe but completely worth it.
For André, CrossFit is more than training. It’s where he grew stronger, made great friends, and even met his partner, Sasha.
