Farewell Jono & Seb — Two Legends Leave, a New Team Steps Up

Sometimes everything happens at once — and not all of it is news you want to hear.
Jono has received a job offer and will be leaving us to take on a new professional challenge in England. We’re genuinely happy for him. But for WE.FIT, it feels like a punch to the gut.
When I shared this news with Sebastian, I had no idea that he too had made a big decision. Seb will also be leaving WE.FIT — he’s moving to Bali to fulfill a long-held dream.
Two people who helped build and shape WE.FIT are leaving us — and that’s not easy to take.
A New Team Steps Up
But if you think we’re down or out — think again. Over the past few days, we’ve been working hard on a solution:
- Stefan Dinca will take on key responsibilities in Wädenswil, working closely with Sandro
- Luke Rollmann will take on more responsibility in Meilen, stepping into Seb’s shoes
- Patric Schnellmann will be present in both boxes as an allrounder — jumping in wherever support is needed
2026 Will Be Different
2025 will probably go down in WE.FIT history as the year of change. And that’s exactly why we want to make 2026 something entirely different:
A year of community. A year full of great workouts. And most importantly — a year where respect, unity, and positive energy come first.
