After a long wait, it’s finally here — the results of our big community survey. 91 people responded, including active members, former members, and staff.
Overall Satisfaction

- Unsatisfied: 7.7%
- Very unsatisfied: 1.1%
About 70% of you are satisfied or very satisfied — that makes us happy. But we take the 30% who are neutral or unsatisfied just as seriously.

What’s Going Well
Community, coaches, facilities and location (lake view!), broad class offerings, the 6 AM class, yoga by the lake, shakes, 24/7 Open Gym, and the Wodify app.
Where We Want to Improve
Coaching quality and consistency, programming variety (more strength and skill work), restoring community spirit, improving communication, and maintaining equipment.
How We’re Responding
We’ve taken this feedback seriously. The switch to PRVN Fitness, the new box managers, and the focus on community events for 2026 are direct responses to your input. We encourage you to keep giving us feedback — both where we can improve and when you’re happy with something.
