Murph & Brunch
The most iconic Hero WOD in CrossFit, done in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy. 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1-mile run — wear a weight vest if you have one. Then we eat. Brunch together after the workout to celebrate and recover. All levels welcome, scaled version available.

Marathon Row — Meilen
42,195 meters. The distance of a full marathon — on a rowing machine. Sign up as a relay team of 2–4 and split the distance however you like, or go solo for the ultimate endurance challenge. A test of pacing, teamwork, and sheer will.

Swiss Team Challenge 2026
Switzerland's biggest team CrossFit competition — and WE.FIT is in it. We enter as a team and line up against boxes from all over the country. Hard workouts, massive atmosphere, and the kind of team spirit that makes this one of the highlights of the year.

Spezial Event — Last Man Standing
The format is simple: everyone does the same workout, round after round, on a rolling clock. Miss a rep, break a standard, or fail to finish the round — you're out. The last athlete still standing wins. An intense two-day in-house competition that tests your endurance, mental toughness, and willpower.

Easter Workout
Easter weekend hours: Friday is Open Gym only (no classes). Saturday brings Weightlifting at 8:00 AM followed by two Easter Workouts at 9:15 AM and 10:30 AM — fun, all-levels WODs to kick off the long weekend. Sunday is Open Gym only. Come celebrate with your gym family!

1 Year WE.FIT Meilen — Birthday Celebration
We're celebrating our first "Meilen"stone! Join us — we sweat together, then we party. The reward is waiting: a proper sausage from the local butcher and a cold drink to toast to us. Saturday 4.4.2026 — food from 11:30 (after the workout).
