Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about training at WE.FIT.

General

What is CrossFit?
Functional training that mixes strength, cardio, and gymnastics. Every workout is different. Movements like squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, and running — done at an intensity that fits your level.
Is CrossFit suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every workout scales to your level. Our coaches show you the movements, help you pick the right weight, and make sure you move well. Everyone starts somewhere.
Do you offer free trials?
2 free trial classes, no commitment. Write us on WhatsApp and we'll get you set up.
How long are the classes?
60 minutes. Warm-up, skill or strength work, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Tell your coach before class. They'll modify movements so you can train safely. CrossFit adapts to you, not the other way around.
How do I track my progress?
We use the Wodify app. Log your results after each class, track your personal records, and see how you're improving over time.
