I grew up in America where I picked up a barbell early and never really put it down. Weightlifting and strength training were my thing long before I found CrossFit — and when I did, it just made sense. All the grit, all the variety, all the people pushing each other. That's my kind of deal. I made my way to Switzerland a while back, walked into WE.FIT, and it felt right from day one. Now I coach CrossFit, HYROX, and Weightlifting here. I like keeping things simple: show up, work hard, move well, and don't quit when it gets uncomfortable. Whether we're chasing a heavy clean PR, grinding through a HYROX workout, or building raw pulling strength off the floor — I'll be right there with you. We don't take kindly to half reps around here. No fluff, just honest work. Nuff said.
