Do I need yoga experience?

No experience needed whatsoever. Our yoga classes at WE.FIT are open to all levels — from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners. Coaches always show variations and modifications so you can do every exercise safely at your current level. Your first class is free.

How is yoga at WE.FIT different from a yoga studio?

Yoga at WE.FIT is athletic and functional in focus — it's about mobility, stability, and recovery as a complement to intense training. You won't be meditating in an incense-filled room; instead, you'll deliberately build flexibility, body awareness, and recovery capacity for your training life. It's yoga that directly supports your CrossFit and HYROX training.

Does yoga help with CrossFit and HYROX?

Absolutely — yoga is one of the most effective complements to functional training. Regular yoga improves your mobility for squats, deadlifts, and overhead movements, strengthens core stability, and speeds up recovery. Many injuries stem from limited mobility — yoga addresses that directly. At WE.FIT everything is under one roof, so you simply book both classes.

How often should I do yoga?

Even 1–2 yoga sessions per week make a noticeable difference. If you train intensively (CrossFit or HYROX), we recommend yoga as active recovery on your lighter days. With a WE.FIT membership from CHF 195 per month you have unlimited access to all classes — yoga, CrossFit, and HYROX — at both locations.

What do I need for class?

Come in comfortable sportswear that allows freedom of movement. Yoga mats are provided. Drink plenty of water beforehand and avoid a heavy meal right before class. Barefoot or sports socks — both are fine. That's all you need. Just show up and join in.
