CrossFit HYROX Weightlifting

CrossFit found me in 2023 — thanks to my brother, who was a coach himself and sparked my love for this sport. But movement has been part of my life since I could walk: athletics, ski racing, football, and now CrossFit all the way. The combination of weightlifting and endurance is simply perfect for me — powerful, dynamic, and endlessly varied. Since 2025, I've been coaching. What I love most is teaching new movements, refining technique, and being part of athletes' journeys. Watching people progress is one of the most motivating things I know. One of my greatest strengths is patience — I take the time to coach individually and meet each person exactly where they are. Focus and quality are important to me, but fun must never be missing. Favourite movements: the Snatch and Front Squats — technically demanding, powerful, and simply brilliant.
