CROSSFIT Coaching Fundamentals
My CrossFit journey started in October 2016 while I was in San Diego. I walked past a CrossFit box, looked inside for a moment, and something immediately caught my attention. I went back a second time, and that was it, I had officially drunk the Koolaid. The passion has stayed with me ever since.
From that day on, CrossFit became a steady part of my life. Over the years, I’ve grown as an athlete, always learning, improving my technique, and pushing my limits with ups and downs, just like everyone else in this sport.
In September 2025, I started coaching Weightlifting after a great conversation with Sandro Rüegg. Not long after, I realized how much I enjoy coaching and helping members improve their Weightlifting skills.
I would definitely say Weightlifting is one of my biggest strengths and passions. The precision, the technique, the discipline, and the determination you need for a good lift, and the feeling when you hit a perfect lift or a PR, it’s something special and hard to describe.
As a coach, I value clean, sustainable movement patterns and a strong technical base. I combine attention to detail with the right amount of motivation and push athletes when they need it.
My strengths include a sharp eye for detail, giving every athlete the best coaching I can, and, of course, my warm-ups. I always try to give my class something special and keep it constantly varied.
For me, CrossFit is more than training. It’s a way of life, and it’s a place where people grow stronger physically and mentally, and also where I met my love Sasha, many friends, and a lot of great people.
Classes: Booty, Zumba, Body Pump, Pilates
