What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that blends cardio, weightlifting, gymnastics, and functional movements to help you build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. It’s designed to challenge and improve your health at any level.
Is CrossFit suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our expert coaches scale every workout to your fitness level, ensuring you feel safe, supported, and challenged. No matter where you’re starting, we’ll meet you there.
Do you offer free trials?
Yes! We offer 2 free trial classes for new members. It’s the perfect way to experience our community, coaching styles, and variety of workouts.
How long are the classes?
All classes are 60 minutes – packed with warm-ups, skill work, and full-body workouts.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Let your coach know before class about any injuries or medical conditions. We’ll make sure to modify movements and adapt the workout to keep you moving safely and effectively.
How do I track my progress?
We use Wodify – an app where you can log your scores, track workouts, and monitor progress over time. It’s a great way to stay motivated and celebrate your gains!

WOD – Workout of the Day?
Your daily workout programmed by the coach. It’s different every day to keep things fresh and challenging.
AMRAP – As Many Rounds or Reps as Possible?
You’ll aim to complete as many reps or rounds as you can within a set time. Push hard, but pace yourself!
EMOM – Every Minute on the Minute?
Start a movement at the beginning of each minute. The faster you finish, the more rest you get before the next round starts.
Box – What is a “box”?
It’s CrossFit’s way of saying “gym.” The box is where the magic (and sweat) happens!
Rx – What does Rx mean?
“As prescribed.” If you do a workout exactly as written (without modifications), you’ve done it Rx. It’s a badge of honor!
Metcon – Metabolic Conditioning?
High-intensity workouts designed to improve endurance, stamina, and overall fitness. Expect to sweat!
