Almost three years with WE.FIT Wädi – that’s dedication! If you’ve been around the box for a while, you’ve probably seen Chrisi crushing workouts with grit and a smile. Sometimes she’s training alongside her husband, other times she’s owning it solo – but one thing never changes: her spirit, her energy, and her consistency.
Chrisi, your determination and positivity inspire us all. You’ve balanced work, motherhood, and training with such strength – and we couldn’t be prouder to have you as part of our community. You make WE.FIT a better place!
Let’s get to know Chrisi a little better…
1. What’s your favorite time of day to train – and why?
Chrisi: When I started in Wädi, I loved the 17:30 class – the perfect way to clear my mind after work. Since Alina was born, I try to fit in workouts during the day to have evenings free for her. I even dared the 6:00 class a few times!
2. What makes WE.FIT special for you? Why do you enjoy being part of the community?
Chrisi: I joined in 2023 and took a long break for pregnancy and recovery. When I came back this year, it felt like I never left. This community truly feels like family.
3. What does “strong” mean to you – mentally or physically?
Chrisi: Consistency! It’s easy when you’re rested and balanced. The real work starts when you’re tired or sore, but you show up anyway. Mentally or physically – consistency is key.
4. Outside the gym: what do you do for work, and what do you love about it?
Chrisi: I’m a medical doctor by training, now working as a medical advisor in diabetes and obesity. I love bridging pharmaceutical innovation and clinical practice, staying up-to-date with science, attending medical conferences, and educating others.
5. Describe your dream vacation in 3 words.
Chrisi: My family, a campervan, and the sea.
6. If you had to build a WOD named after yourself, what would it include?
Chrisi: Double-unders, kettlebell work – and absolutely NO thrusters!
7. What song gets you instantly pumped up for training?
Chrisi: SAINt JHN – Roses (Imanbek Remix).
8. What’s one healthy habit you’ve picked up since joining WE.FIT?
Chrisi: Working on my weaknesses! I used to avoid movements I didn’t like, but now I just show up and tackle whatever comes. I even made friends with the assault bike!
9. Morning person or night owl – and how does that show in your daily life?
Chrisi: Definitely a morning person – I can do anything in the morning, but after 9 pm? Leave me alone.
10. Tell us one fun or surprising thing about you that most people don’t know!
Chrisi: I have color synesthesia – whenever I see a number, there’s a color in my mind.
