Member of the Month – Corinne

Only six months in, and Corinne already feels like part of the heartbeat at WE.FIT. She originally walked in hoping her husband would check it out — but it didn’t take long before she found herself hooked instead. 

The energy, the people, the atmosphere completely won her over. And since then, Corinne has been showing up with joy, motivation, and the kind of spirit that lifts a class just by being there.

Corinne, it’s rare to meet someone who jumps in with such genuine joy. From the start, you brought a lightness and curiosity that made you feel like part of our WE.FIT right away. You show us what it means to stay open, stay consistent, and have fun doing it — and that’s exactly the kind of energy that makes this community thrive.

Let’s get to know Corinne a little better…

1. How long have you been training with us at the box?
Corinne: For 6 months

2. How did you get into CrossFit?
Corinne: My husband does Hyrox, and I discovered Wi.fit by chance at an open house. I actually wanted him to check out the studio. But then I was so impressed by the atmosphere and the people, and now here I am!

3. What has been your biggest success in training so far?
Corinne: My greatest achievement is definitely coming to training with such motivation and joy every time. And, technically speaking, finally being able to perform squats perfectly 🙂

4. What do you do to unwind when you’re not training?
Corinne: Meeting friends, enjoying family time, cooking, eating, ice swimming

5. What do the fewest people know about you? (Fun Fact!)
Corinne: As a child, I destroyed my Game Boy by hitting myself on the head with it. I still have that energy today, but thankfully I’ve found other ways to get rid of it.

6. If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life – what would it be? 
Corinne: Hash browns, bacon, and a fried egg.

7. Is there a hobby you’ve always wanted to try?
Corinne: Learn to play the alphorn

8. Is there a book, film, or series that has particularly impressed you?
Corinne: You (Netflix)

9. What makes you laugh instantly?
Corinne: My children

10. How would you describe yourself in three words?
Corinne: Tolerant, humble, and energetic
