Member of the month – Fernanda Berardi

If you’ve ever stepped into a morning class at WE.FIT Gold Coast, chances are you’ve met Fernanda – and if you haven’t, you’re missing out on a true powerhouse. From day one, Fernanda has been an unstoppable force in our community. She’s got an engine that never quits, a smile that lights up the room, and a level of consistency that inspires us all.

Fernanda, you are a true gift to WE.FIT. Your energy, your drive, and your positive attitude make every session better. Thank you for bringing your best – every single time. We can’t imagine WE.FIT without you!

Let’s get to know Fernanda a little better…

1. What’s your favorite time of day to train – and why?
Fernanda: In the morning, always! Lunchtime at the latest – that’s when I feel my best.

2. What makes WE.FIT special for you? Why do you enjoy being part of the community?
Fernanda: The windows! We can row overlooking the lake! And the community – it’s new to CrossFit, which makes it super relaxed and full of enthusiasm.

3. What does “strong” mean to you – mentally or physically?
Fernanda: Mentally! CrossFit builds stronger minds, and having a strong body comes as a nice bonus.

4. Outside the gym: what do you do for work, and what do you love about it?
Fernanda: Most of my time is dedicated to my family. I love spending time with my kids!

5. Describe your dream vacation in 3 words.
Fernanda: Sun, silence, nature.

6. If you had to build a WOD named after yourself, what would it include?
Fernanda: Heavy Clean & Jerks, double-unders, and box jumps.

7. What song gets you instantly pumped up for training?
Fernanda: Texas Hold’Em – Beyoncé.

8. What’s one healthy habit you’ve picked up since joining WE.FIT?
Fernanda: Eating plenty of real food – and not cutting carbs! Just lots of food. 😂

9. Morning person or night owl – and how does that show in your daily life?
Fernanda: Morning person! You can tell because I never miss a morning training session.

10. Tell us one fun or surprising thing about you that most people don’t know!
Fernanda: I trained classical ballet for 10 years – even competing and performing in different cities!
