Member of the Month – Sarina

If you’ve met Sarina, you already know she brings both grit and good humor to every session. She joined WE.FIT around May, but CrossFit has been part of her life for much longer. Introduced to it by Coach Sebi, Sarina has a clear love for movement — especially when it comes to weightlifting. 

Outside the box, you’re more likely to find her with hiking boots on, exploring the Swiss countryside, or planning her next adventure.

Sarina, you are a true light in the WE.FIT community. Your humor, focus, and positive spirit make every session better. You lift the room just by being in it, and we’re so proud to have your energy, your laughter, and your steady commitment as part of our family.

1. How long have you been training with us at the box?
Sarina: I’ve been with you since around May. But I’ve been doing CF for a while now…

2. How did you get into CrossFit?
Sarina: Through Coach Sebi

3. What has been your biggest success in training so far?
Sarina: Weightlifting skills

4. What do you do to unwind when you’re not training?
Sarina: Hiking in the Swiss countryside or going on a trip

5. What do the fewest people know about you? (Fun Fact!)
Sarina: I love discovering new countries – preferably with hiking boots in my luggage and the next adventure already in mind.

6. If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life – what would it be? 
Sarina: Squid

7. Is there a hobby you’ve always wanted to try?
Sarina: Skydiving

8. Is there a book, film, or series that has particularly impressed you?
Sarina: Series: Blacklist

9. What makes you laugh instantly?
Sarina: Quickly…lots and corny jokes

10. How would you describe yourself in three words?
Sarina: Humorous, determined, and empathetic
