Sport has been part of my life since childhood, influenced by very athletic parents. I started with running and strength training in the gym, which naturally led me to CrossFit. I tried it once and immediately fell in love.
From the beginning, I was fascinated by pushing my physical and mental limits. The combination of performance, discipline, and a strong sense of community is what makes CrossFit so special to me.
Today, I’m excited to share my passion and support you on your fitness journey.
My greatest strength is endurance, which is why you’ll usually find me in the gym early in the morning, enjoying long WODs.
Favorite movements: Wall Balls, Dumbbell Snatches, and Rowing.
