Successful weekend at the Wädi Lauf

On the first weekend in June, on 01. and June 02, Crossfit Wädenswil took part in the Wädi Lauf with a stand. While Saturday put us to the test with cold temperatures and wet weather, Sunday turned out to be a real success: sunny and with a great atmosphere!

A somewhat slow Saturday
Unfortunately, Saturday started less successfully. The weather showed its uncomfortable side, which meant that only a few visitors found their way to us. But we were not discouraged and were all the more motivated to prepare for the following day.

A sunny and successful Sunday
Sunday then brought the hoped-for sunny weather and numerous visitors. Our stand was perfectly positioned and the eye-catching Wädi flag attracted many curious glances. Numerous interested visitors came to find out about our wide range of sports, and the Assault Bike was the absolute highlight.

From small to large – the Assault Bike was extremely popular. The first three fastest times in the 45-second sprint received a free shake as a reward. Special congratulations go to Dario Pedol, who set the daily record with an impressive 40 calories!

A big thank you goes to the entire Wädi team, who organized everything necessary to make our performance a success. We would especially like to thank our helpers at the stand: Zoë, Justin, Flavio Curti and Carmen. You did a great job and contributed significantly to the success of Sunday.

We are already looking forward to the next event and to getting even more people excited about Crossfit. Until then: stay fit and motivated!
