In my youth, I was very active. I played volleyball for a long time but had to give up the sport due to an injury. After that, I didn’t do anything for a long time because nothing really motivated me. However, I got back into movement through Zumba and TRX. A good friend then introduced me to CrossFit in 2021, and what can I say… this sport hooked me, and since 2021, I’ve been a member at We.Fit.

We.Fit is not just a gym; it’s so much more… it’s like a second family!
At We.Fit, I really appreciate the strong sense of community between the members and coaches, and I feel very welcomed here. I also value the presence of the coaches in the gym and the valuable tips they give, whether before, during, or after the classes.

My goals in and with CrossFit are primarily to stay healthy and fit for a long time. In my opinion, CrossFit is perfect for this, as each training session offers a good mix of strength and endurance.
