I tried many different sports in my younger years, from martial arts to team sports. Eventually, I had to choose between floorball and football—and in the end, I played football for over 20 years.
I first saw CrossFit online and immediately knew I wanted to try it. At the time, I was still an active football player. Since there wasn’t a CrossFit box in my area, I taught myself a lot and tried to figure out the movements on my own.
My goal in CrossFit? To stay fit so that I’ll still be full of energy after retirement.
